Prime Cuts 2km Program

60 sessions designed to take your 2k from Point A to Point B as efficiently as possible. You will provide your target 2km score and I will provide a 12-week customised training program with 48hrs. I will also provide notes on how to best navigate the workload. If every session is completed at the designated output you should feel very confident of achieving your target performance on game day.

Before you submit your target score and purchase this program I suggest you adopt a very pragmatic approach. Do not select a target that is unrealistic. A good way to calibrate if your target is reasonable is to download and undertake the Free Week 1 program.

If this week’s training isn’t relatively easy the likely scenario is that your 2km target is too ambitious or you aren’t sufficiently conditioned to begin this program.  Trust me on this one.  The training gets more onerous from thereafter.  The total volume is 3-4 hours per week, which isn’t a lot when prepping for a 2k, so you best believe the intensity will be high.  Your two options are to either adjust your target or to do Week 1 one to three times in order to reestablish a basic level of fitness.
