This is a hands-on, high-touch coaching relationship for individuals with serious goals, variable schedules, or both. It combines structure with adaptability to ensure you stay on track regardless of what life throws at you.

  • Initial 75-Minute Call
    A deep-dive consultation where we discuss your background, objectives, constraints, and opportunities.  From this, you'll receive a personalised plan that aligns with your current reality and long-term goals.

  • Weekly 25-Minute Zoom Meetings or Calls
    These focused check-ins provide accountability, troubleshoot roadblocks, and to help create momentum.  Ideal for learning about training, course-correcting quickly, and making ongoing progress.

  • Weekly Program Adjustments
    Your training or plan evolves with you.  Whether you're navigating travel, shifting goals, or unexpected challenges, your program is updated as needed to reflect your needs and performance.

  • Text and Email Support
    For questions, quick check-ins, or adjustments between calls - ongoing support is available when you need it.
